- Role-based access — platform admins, organization admins, managers and learners each see only what their role permits.
- Separated customer environments — one customer's data is never visible to another.
- Controlled invitations — accounts are created by an admin or through a controlled invitation, never by public sign-up.
- Audit visibility — administrative actions are recorded.
- No public training access — the AI training environment is never reachable without an approved account.
